Here's a high-level overview of the process:

3. Learning the Basics:

Gain a strong foundation in machine learning and NLP.

Understand the transformer architecture, which is the basis of GPT models.

2. Gathering a Dataset:

Collect a large and diverse dataset of text. GPT models are trained on extensive corpora covering a wide range of topics.

Ensure that the data is cleaned and formatted properly for training.

3. Choosing a Model Architecture:

Decide on the scale and specifics of your GPT model (e.g., GPT-2, GPT-3). Larger models require more data and computational power but are more capable.

4. Training the Model:

Use machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.

Pre-train the model on your dataset. This involves using a large amount of computational resources over a significant period, depending on the model size.

5. Fine-Tuning:

Fine-tune the model on a specific dataset if you want it to perform well on a particular type of task or domain.

6. Setting Up Infrastructure for Deployment:

Host the model on a server with adequate hardware specifications to handle inference requests.

Implement an API for interacting with the model if you want to integrate it into applications or services.

7. Testing and Iteration:

Continuously test and refine the model based on feedback and performance metrics.

8. Ethical Considerations and Safety:

Implement safeguards against misuse.

Ensure that your model adheres to ethical guidelines and respects user privacy.

9. Legal and Licensing:

Be aware of the legal implications, especially regarding data privacy and intellectual property.

10. Ongoing Maintenance:

Regularly update the model and its training data to keep it relevant and effective.

This is a simplified outline, and each step encompasses significant detail and challenges, especially around computational requirements and technical expertise. For most individuals and small teams, a more practical approach is to use existing models provided by companies like OpenAI, Google, or others, which can be accessed through APIs. This approach is much less resource-intensive and allows you to leverage the advancements made by these organizations.
Edhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/14227785036136806576noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5790026.post-51552006733847659012023-07-28T08:29:00.002-04:002023-07-28T08:29:40.956-04:00Use Winget to update and upgrade 3rd Party Apps and Packages in Windows 10+
Winget is a new command-line package manager for Windows that makes it easy to install and manage software. It is situated on the banks of the Rapidan River and is known for its rich history of gold mining in the local region.

The discovery of gold in the area dates back to the early 1700s when European settlers first arrived in the region. The first recorded gold discovery was made in 1742 by a group of French miners who stumbled upon a rich vein of gold while exploring the Rapidan River. The news of the discovery quickly spread, and soon prospectors from all over the region flocked to the area to try their luck at finding gold.

During the mid-1700s, gold mining in the region was primarily done by individual prospectors using simple tools such as pans and sluice boxes. However, as the demand for gold increased, larger mining companies began to move into the area, bringing with them more advanced equipment and techniques. This led to a significant increase in gold production, and the region quickly became one of the most important gold-producing areas in the country.

The peak of gold mining in the region occurred during the late 1800s, when the area was home to several large mines that employed hundreds of workers. These mines produced significant amounts of gold, and the town of Goldvein grew rapidly, becoming a hub for mining activity in the region.

However, by the early 1900s, gold production in the region began to decline as the easily accessible gold veins were depleted. Many of the mines in the area closed, and the population of Goldvein began to shrink. Today, the town is a shadow of its former self, and there is little evidence of its once-thriving mining industry.

Despite the decline in gold mining, the area still holds a rich history and is home to several historic sites and landmarks that commemorate the region's gold-mining heritage. These include the Goldvein Heritage Trail, which features several interpretive signs that tell the story of the area's gold-mining past, and the Goldvein Mining Museum, which houses a collection of artifacts and exhibits that showcase the history of gold mining in the region.

In conclusion, Goldvein, Virginia is a small community that played a significant role in the history of gold mining in the United States. The area's rich gold deposits attracted prospectors and mining companies from all over the country, leading to the development of a thriving mining industry that lasted for several decades. Today, the town serves as a reminder of the region's rich gold-mining heritage, and visitors can explore the area's historic sites and landmarks to learn more about the region's past.
Edhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/14227785036136806576noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5790026.post-83094312039334682122023-01-17T21:11:00.008-05:002023-02-08T21:35:36.379-05:00Which Crypto is Better? While it may be similar in name to the more well-known DOGE coin, there are several key reasons why SHIB is a better choice for investors.

First and foremost, SHIB has a limited supply of only 1 quadrillion coins, compared to DOGE's unlimited supply. This means that as demand for SHIB increases, the value of each coin is more likely to rise. Additionally, SHIB's use of the Ethereum blockchain allows for faster and cheaper transactions than DOGE's older technology.

Another advantage of SHIB is its strong community and partnerships. The team behind SHIB has established partnerships with a number of high-profile companies and platforms, including Binance and OKEx. This shows that there is a lot of confidence in SHIB's potential as a valuable investment.

Finally, it's worth noting that SHIB has been gaining a lot of popularity among young investors, who are attracted to the coin's playful branding and social media presence. While DOGE may have had a similar appeal in the past, SHIB is well-positioned to capture the attention of this growing market.

In conclusion, SHIB is a newer, more advanced cryptocurrency with a limited supply, strong partnerships, and a growing community. It is a better choice for investors compared to DOGE coin. With the growing popularity of the crypto space, it is a smart move to own some SHIB.

Keep in mind that Cryptocurrency is a highly speculative and volatile market, and it's important to do your own research and invest only what you can afford to lose.

Edhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/14227785036136806576noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5790026.post-44748136970607244312023-01-17T08:33:00.000-05:002023-01-18T02:10:24.369-05:00Future of Silver

Silver is a precious metal that has long been valued for its beauty and utility. It has a wide range of industrial uses, including in electronics, medicine, and energy production, which makes it a valuable commodity.

In recent years, the price of silver has been on the rise. This is due to a number of factors, including increasing demand from industrial users, as well as growing interest from investors looking for a safe haven in times of economic uncertainty.

One of the main drivers of silver's price increase is the growing demand for the metal in the electronics industry. Silver is an excellent conductor of electricity and is used in a wide range of electronic devices, from smartphones to televisions to solar panels. As the global population continues to grow and the demand for technology increases, the demand for silver is likely to continue to rise.

Another factor contributing to the rise in silver prices is the increasing use of the metal in the medical field. Silver has antimicrobial properties, which make it a valuable component in wound dressings, bandages, and other medical products. It's also used in X-ray films and other medical imaging equipment. As the global population continues to age, the demand for these medical products is likely to increase, which will put upward pressure on silver prices.

Investors are also increasingly turning to silver as a safe-haven investment. In times of economic uncertainty, silver is seen as a valuable alternative to traditional safe-haven assets such as gold and government bonds. This is because, like gold, silver is a physical asset that can't be printed or created out of thin air, which makes it a relatively safe place to store wealth during times of economic turmoil.

In conclusion, the price of silver is determined by a variety of factors, including demand from industrial users, increasing use in the medical field, and growing interest from investors looking for a safe-haven. The increasing demand for silver in the technology industry and medical field, combined with the growing interest from investors, makes silver a valuable commodity that is likely to see continued price growth in the future.
Edhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/14227785036136806576noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5790026.post-25803504113381659462022-06-14T18:05:00.000-04:002023-01-18T02:10:42.165-05:00Starlink Installed!

Starlink is Here!

After being on the waiting list for over a year and half, I found a solution. When logging into my Etrade account, it used to default to the Accounts page by default. While logged in, if you click the top left corner Etrade logo, it would take you to the default home page.

Needless to say a while back, it started defaulting to Options Trading and not Accounts. I checked every menu and every personal settings and account settings, but nothing to set the HOME page.

Low-and-behold, it turns out to be during the LOGIN Page. There is a drop-down option you can select the default HOME page. For example; Show hidden price? Hidden image/text game? Although most browsers support hover over the img element to display the "title", this does not work in most mobile browsers. Android allows tap and hold on the image to display the title, but iPhone does not. I've got an alternative solution. See below:

<script
src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/2.1.1/jquery.min.js">

<img
src="https://www.blogger.com/img/blogger-logotype-color-black-2x.png"
alt="my alt"
title="my title">

This is one of the best hobbies I've ever had, because you get to spend time out in nature and you have a bonus of finding the shiny yellow stuff ... GOLD!Edhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/14227785036136806576noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5790026.post-27579708504402895182017-02-06T13:42:00.001-05:002017-02-06T13:44:08.577-05:00Flexeraaxz$aaa: Windows DLL failed to load when running InstallShield installer
It's not compatible with Java 8. Uninstall all versions of Java, and re-install a 32-bit version of Java 7. Also make sure to remove any references to JAVA_HOME, and reference to Java in your PATH environment variable.

One thing you have to be sure is the version of prunsrv.exe is for the same platform of Java/JVM your using.

ie. If your path to jvm.dll is 32-bit Java, you have to use 32-bit prunsrv.exe
If your path to jvm.dll is 64-bit Java, you have to use the 64-bit prunsrv.exe

If your running on Windows and the PATH to Java contains a space, be sure use double quotes around the full Jvm path. Also, many current versions of Java do not locate the jvm.dll in the bin\client directory anymore, it may be located in the bin\server directory instead.

Good Luck,
With my interest in gold prospecting, I searched high and low for sources of good GOLD Paydirt. In the process I met a fellow on Facebook who runs a group for GOLD prospectors. providing tips and a community. Occasionally he may have giveaways and freebies. You can visit his Facebook Group here:
In my getting to know him, I took a peek at his previous website and found it was a little under the weather so I volunteered to overhaul it for him and help him get a working store for the gold pay dirt he sells. For 2017, we will likely be taking fewer trips to re-build vacation time and funds. The one big trip we are hoping to be somewhere along the Great Total Solar Eclipse in America. My guess is we will likely be in the Carbondale, IL region, depending on weather. Our hopes are to be able to drive to Mount Rushmore in SD and maybe Saint Louis, MO.Edhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/14227785036136806576noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5790026.post-13717954084084752452016-10-05T10:34:00.001-04:002016-10-05T10:34:48.657-04:00Fix Cumulative Update KB3194496 stuck or fail to installAfter nearly a week of KB3194496 Windows update failing, I finally found a site that had a workaround or solution.

Check out http://sihmar.com/2016/09/29/fix-cumulative-update-kb3194496-stuck-fail-install/

The first option worked for me. I used to be setup with the "Insider Program" but disabled it due to too many updates and issues. I presume one of the insider builds must have had an update to the xbox life scheduler jobs that must be causing this to fail.
In 2014, we both attended Private Pilot ground school class. Once we both passed the course, he went on to pass his Knowledge exam and started on flight school lessons with JLS Aviation around the end of 2014. Nick completed most of his flight lessons and solo's by mid-year 2015 and continued prepping for his Practical Test (Flying) with an FAA examiner. He passed the exam in November of 2015. We're now looking into enrolling him in the Airline Career Pilot program at ATP School. (https://atpflightschool.com/)
Congrats Nick! Here is a little sneak peek of the Braggfamily Minecraft Server project. We are building a new storage facility for all of our supplies and loots. We figured how fitting it would be to store inside a Walmart since we shop there quite often. Nicky and I are doing the main construction and Ozzy and Arniel will swoop in to put in the finishing touches (decorating and organizing). We do all our builds in survival mode and mine and harvest all the materials.Edhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/14227785036136806576noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5790026.post-79371342189966766582014-07-11T21:35:00.001-04:002014-07-11T21:39:57.222-04:00This years Hobby!

GOLD! There Be Gold everywhere!

This years hobby for me is Gold Prospecting. As it turns out (I've known for 14 years, just haven't acted on it yet) we live smack dab in the middle of the Gold/Pyrite belt of Virginia. Within about a 2 mile radius, there are approximately 18 or so abandoned mines from the 1800-1900s. There is even an old one about 1/2 mile up the creek that runs through the backside of our property, so I'm hoping there is plenty of gold flakes and nuggets for me to find. The land here is rich in red clay and TONS (and I do mean TONS and TONS) of quartz. There are even pieces of quartz in our yard and woods the size of some small cars. After sitting and watching the shows Gold Rush, Bering Sea Gold,
and many other related gold mining shows, I've gotten the itch to go out and see if we have some
on our land.

During the winter, I bought some gold pans, Classifiers (screens to filter out larger rocks), and some PAY DIRT from various sources online. With this, I practiced and improved my panning techniques and am much more confident in catching real gold.

This past Fathers Day, we took a trip down to Marion, NC to "Lucky Strike Gold Mine and Campground" and rented a high-banker and load of dirt to process. We also panned through some of their "salted" (gold added) pay dirt and bought a few bags to bring home.

I'm hoping to join our local Gold Prospector club, and keep on learning and improving my skills. It turns out they have a local claim which is just about 4 miles from my house, and members are free to come out and work it for gold.
